This strappy, full skirted PVC dress, cut to mid thigh, is decorated with satin ribbons to be tied under the bust. The skirt is full and the satin shoulder straps have adjustable bra clips for ease of sizing. This fully lined dress can also be worn with Style 14BJ, the short lined or unlined PVC bolero jacket.
