This guy was suppose to be the member of the big bad Ginyu force. Instead he's an annoying little green turd.
I do like his power to stop time though.
However for someone with such an ability, he sure sucks at using it.
He never even saw his death coming.
He even survives a beheading, fuck him. Boom!
