Nintendo Releases Earth Defense Force on Virtual Console, Forgets to Mention It

It has nothing to do with the Xbox 360 games, but this SNES title got no mention online from Nintendo, but you can download it now for $8.
It's just a regular side-scrolling shooter.
I wouldn't play it, but it has to be a decent try for a Gradius fan.
