I loved Melee so much, and it was a long wait for Brawl. The time it released I was car-less, and my family was out of town, so I went in the dark black of the night on-foot to my local Gamestop for the midnight launch. I was cold, tired, and scared, and I pretty much went to sleep as soon as I got back, but I knew this baby would be waiting for me the next morning.
Melee had a great roster of characters, though I'm sad to see Roy and Mewtwo not make the cut this time around in favor of Ike and Lucario.
Brawl has an ever bigger roster though. It even had Sonic (thanks EGM!) and Solid Snake joining the Nintendo crew.
It's more or less the same game as Melee. I just didn't like how they changed the perfect physics of Melee, when they created Brawl. Oh well, it was still a damn fine experience.
I liked the new Adventure mode somewhat when it came to cut-scenes, and boss fights, however I much prefer the way Melee made it.
They also added online play!.... Except when you play it, lag will often ruin the match entirely. It works better since everyone stopped jamming the servers at launch, but it's very lackluster, but not surprising for the Wii and the fact that fighting games have terrible online play to begin with.
The multiplayer matches are still fun though if you're offline. Tons of stages, modes, and whatnot to keep you battling your friends until the end of the night.
I liked the Final Smashes, even though they were so unbalanced. For example Samus has a killer move for a final smash.
Kirby...not so much.
It makes you the juggernaut for awhile, and it's completely optional so I can't really complain. It's fun to use on someone better than you are of course. In short, I was bit disappointed in Brawl because it didn't meet my hype for it. But honestly what game could have met such an epic setting of the bar?

Halo 3 was a bit of a letdown for me. I played it more than most other games don't get me wrong. However it felt more like Halo 2.5 than a true sequel.
Halo: Reach however goes back to what made the original game so great, but with some of the more modern touches of Halo 2 and Halo 3. It's probably my favorite Halo when it comes to the campaign mode.
I also liked the optional powers as well like jet pack, decoys, and shielding. Gave both the single player and multiplayer modes some variety. Also another way to either unbalance or balance the playing field in multiplayer. Which could go either good or bad.
The only part I didn't care for was the ship combat in the campaign. It was kinda boring, and it sure wasn't no Starfox 64.
As I said before the multiplayer was just as awesome as the games before it. Really need to get back into the game, I bet they probably have some more maps by now.

I remember playing this one a long time ago in the arcade.
It's the first game in the Soul Calibur series. Plays very similar to the first Soul Calibur, and there wasn't a huge jump between the graphics. Very good and sweet game-play especially for it's time.
There was a PS1 version called Soul Blade. Same game they just had copyright issues with the name change.
Pretty sweet version I might add. It may not be as good as it's first two sequels, but it's still pretty rad.

Pac-man has been rehashed so many times over the years it's a bit ridiculous. However this was one gimmick I actually liked.
It's basically Pac-man but with upgraded graphics, cool graphical effects, new music, with different speed and game-play touches.
It plays pretty well, I just wish companies would do this more often.

Not my favorite board game but I had some good times with it.
Granted you do need all 4 people playing to have some real fun with it.

It was a freebie from Microsoft, however unlike most free stuff this was pretty good.
It was a nice little puzzle game. Not exactly the greatest in the world but I enjoyed my time with it.

Even though I'm not a kid anymore, I still like their store.
Good place to find toys for my nephews, their candy section is not bad, and their video game deals can often be very good. I remember getting a $25 gift card for buying Super Mario Galaxy on release date.

Such a great idea, Street Fighter II remastered in HD!
It's certainly that, the graphics looked sick!
Even though I think it's tad too hard in single player, it's still a great little game.

I liked the first game, but I think the 2nd game is quite a bit better.
Jetski was boring though.
Frisbee modes were pretty sweet though.
Canoe was crap
Table Tennis was alright
I really didn't like basketball. Sucked at it in multiplayer.
I loved the sword fighting.
Archery was also pretty sweet.
Was also more than happy to see bowling come back in full force.

New Super Mario Bros. was pretty good on DS, however I liked the Wii version even more so.
The game is more or less the same concept though. Except they add real multiplayer co-op that was promised with the DS game but was never delivered.
I really liked the new power-ups than the multiplayer though. The controls were pretty good, except some various uses of motion control at certain parts. Think Super Mario Galaxy if you don't know what I mean.
Plus the level design was much better, and harder than it's DS counterpart. The game is completely original from the DS game, it is no remake or port. It's one of the best Wii games you can get for the system.

It's basically what is sounds like. The infamous card game UNO in Xbox Live Arcade form. You can find other versions for PS3, Wii, iPod Touch, iPhone, DSi and practically every other system made in the past five years.
It plays well with very little bullshit, and the online play work nice. It's really cool that it's a very social game. Most of the people who play do bring a headset along.
I don't mean the guys who RAGE on Xbox Live either. You'll find your fair share of jerks on the game for sure, but this is one game where most players aren't rude.
For the lonely guys, plenty of women play UNO on 360 as well.

Who doesn't like Ms. Pacman?
It was bigger and faster than the original, and so popular that most places with arcade machines with still have it today.
