I almost forgot this asshat existed until I later re-watched the series again.
"Hey Vegeta, blah blah Freiza, blah blah You Suck"
He tried to trick Vegeta into a trap.
So he could attack him off-guard.
Well sometimes things are easier said than done.
And nothing of value was lost.
